I used these in a stir-fry last night and didn't need to add any salt to the whole dish—the kombu infusion gives it that subtle, rounded savoriness regular soy sauce just doesn't have. The tamari's thickness clung to the veggies perfectly, too.
The depth of flavor is night and day compared to what I used to buy at the grocery store—the kombu really does something. I've already gone through half a bottle just dipping dumplings and drizzling it over rice bowls.
