Savory Seasoned Salt is supercharged salt and pepper. It mixes kosher salt with garlic, tamari, kelp, and mushroom powder. We use it on grilled steaks and vegetables.
Each jar contains 4oz of Savory Seasoned Salt.
I've been reaching for this every single day since it arrived; that combination of garlic and kelp makes even simple roasted vegetables taste like something from a proper restaurant. The salt-to-pepper balance is spot on too, not too fiery but with plenty of savory depth.
The kelp and tamari give it a deeper, almost umami punch that plain salt just doesn't have. It’s great on eggs and roasted veggies, though I do wish the pepper came through a bit stronger for my taste. Still, a solid go-to for everyday cooking.
