ニューヨークを拠点とするチョコレートメーカー、Raaka Chocolate（透明性のある取引とシングルオリジンの未焙煎ダークチョコレートで知られる）の友人たちとコラボレーションし、私たちのスパイシーでカリカリとしたチリオイルの風味を、Raakaの小ロットチョコレートに融合させました。
フルーティーなダークチョコレートにメキシカンチリとガーリックを合わせ、Momofuku Goods Chili Crunchが誇る風味豊かでスパイシー、ほんのり甘い味わいを実現しました。さらに、カリッとした食感をプラスするためにパフキヌアを詰め、仕上げにピンクシーソルトとゴマをトッピングして、さらなる食感のアクセントを加えました。
The heat creeps up slow and then the crunch hits—so much better than the usual plain chili bars I've tried. Each square has that perfect balance where the cocoa's sweetness keeps the spice from overpowering. Glad I grabbed the 3-pack before it sells out.
Got the 3-pack to share with my coworkers and everyone kept asking where it was from. Love that it's single-origin and transparently sourced, makes the indulgent heat feel a bit more thoughtful. Definitely grabbing more before it's gone.
