The deep, savory umami from the kombu steep is a total game-changer—way more complex than the watery tamari I’ve bought before. A little splash in my stir-fry made it taste like something from a proper restaurant, and I’m honestly hooked.

It’s noticeably richer than the tamari I usually buy, and the kombu definitely adds a subtle layer of depth that comes through in a simple stir-fry. I just wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price.
