The kombu makes a real difference—there’s a subtle savory depth that plain tamari just doesn’t have. I’ve already gone through one bottle in three weeks, and the two-pack means I’m never caught without a backup.
I was skeptical about paying more than grocery store prices, but the organic ingredients and restaurant-grade quality are obvious the second you taste it. The kombu-steeped depth makes it richer than anything I've used before, and I've already gone through half a bottle in two weeks.
The kombu really comes through in the aftertaste — it's way more layered than the generic stuff I've been buying, and the organic ingredients make a noticeable difference in my stir-fries. Took one taste and immediately ordered another pack.
