Seznamte se s Momofuku Soy Sauce a Momofuku Tamari. Pokud jste zvyklí na sójovou omáčku a tamari z běžného obchodu, nikdy jste nic takového neochutnali.
Naše verze v restaurační kvalitě jsou macerované s kombu, aby odhalily svět hloubky a chuti. Vyvinuli je David Chang a tým Momofuku Goods.
Každé balení obsahuje 8oz láhev Momofuku Soy Sauce a 8oz láhev Momofuku Tamari.
I used these in a stir-fry last night and didn't need to add any salt to the whole dish—the kombu infusion gives it that subtle, rounded savoriness regular soy sauce just doesn't have. The tamari's thickness clung to the veggies perfectly, too.
The depth of flavor is night and day compared to what I used to buy at the grocery store—the kombu really does something. I've already gone through half a bottle just dipping dumplings and drizzling it over rice bowls.
The kombu infusion is the real deal—the umami depth is noticeably rounder and less salty than the stuff I usually grab. I’ve been using the tamari for dipping and the soy for stir-fries, and both hold up their flavor even after cooking. This pack is my new pantry staple.
