I was worried "extra spicy" would just mean hot with no flavor, but the smoky-sweet base still comes through under all that habanero. A spoonful in a bowl of noodles is enough to make my nose run in the best way.
The habanero heat creeps up slowly then hits you right in the back of the throat—exactly what I wanted. The smoky-sweet base keeps it from being just painful, and I've been spooning it straight onto tacos for that extra kick.
