I’ve been reaching for these noodles on busy weeknights when I want something comforting but don’t feel like dealing with spice. The pack is a solid deal for how versatile it is, and the lack of heat means I can actually taste the broth’s depth without my mouth burning.

The broth is rich and savory with just the right kick, and the noodles hold their texture even after sitting in the bowl for a few minutes. I added some leftover veggies and it made a perfect quick lunch that actually filled me up.

The noodles themselves cook up fine and the texture is decent, but the "not spicy" claim feels like a cop-out since there's hardly any flavor at all without adding my own seasonings. It's a serviceable base for a meal, just don't expect anything exciting straight out of the pack.
