Our restaurant-grade versions are steeped with kombu to unlock a world of depth and flavor. They were developed by David Chang and the Momofuku Goods team.
Each pack contains an 8oz bottle of Momofuku Soy Sauce and 8oz bottle of Momofuku Tamari.
The kombu infusion is the real deal—the umami depth is noticeably rounder and less salty than the stuff I usually grab. I’ve been using the tamari for dipping and the soy for stir-fries, and both hold up their flavor even after cooking. This pack is my new pantry staple.
I was skeptical about paying more for soy sauce, but the kombu-steeping really makes it richer and less sharp than the supermarket stuff I usually grab. Used it in a stir-fry last night and the umami depth was noticeable without any extra salt. Tamari’s great for my gluten-free friend, too.
