Having a dozen of these in the pantry means I’m never stuck without a decent meal, and they cook up fast enough for a weeknight. The scallion flavor is nicely balanced with the soy rather than being overpowering.

The scallion flavor comes through just right, not too oily, and each packet cooks up in under five minutes. I’ve already gone through four packs this week alone, which says enough about how often I crave them.

The 12-pack has been a lifesaver for busy weeknights when I need dinner fast. The noodles cook up in minutes and the soy-scallion sauce coats them just right, making a simple bowl feel like a proper meal.
