The 12-pack is perfect for stocking my pantry for lazy weeknights. I threw in some soft-boiled eggs and bok choy, and the sesame-miso base held up beautifully.

The sesame-miso broth is properly rich without being greasy, so a single pack actually feels like a full meal rather than a snack. I've been tossing in leftover greens and a soft egg to stretch it further, which works great with the noodles' chewy texture. These have saved me on more busy weeknights

The individual packs are perfect for keeping at my desk, and the sesame-miso broth is rich without being too salty. I've already gone through six of the twelve packs in two weeks because lunch prep is suddenly zero effort.
