I've been spooning this chili oil over fried eggs every morning and the crunchy texture is what keeps me coming back. The heat builds nicely without overpowering the food, and four jars means I can keep one at work too.
I’ve been drizzling this over eggs and roasted veggies all week, and the crunch actually holds up even after sitting in the fridge. The heat builds nicely without drowning out the other flavors, and one jar has lasted way longer than I expected. Definitely grabbing another 4 pack before I run out.
I was skeptical about another chili oil, but the crunch factor in this bundle is what got me—that texture actually holds up on eggs and dumplings instead of just being a pool of spicy liquid. The heat hits fast and fades clean, so my girlfriend who hates spice can still steal a bite without crying.
