Momofuku Seasoned Salt on vastauksemme kymmenen vuoden makuutkimukseen Momofuku Goods Labissa.
Savory Seasoned Salt on tehostettu suola ja pippuri. Se sekoittaa kosher-suolaa valkosipulin, tamarin, levän ja sienijauheen kanssa. Käytämme sitä grillattuihin pihveihin ja vihanneksiin.
Jokainen purkki sisältää 4 unssia Savory Seasoned Saltia.
The tamari and kelp in this give it a deep savory note that plain salt just can't match. I've been using it on roasted potatoes and it's replaced my usual salt and pepper shakers entirely.
Sprinkled it on fried eggs and roasted broccoli this week, and the garlic-tamari-kelp combo adds a savory depth that plain salt just can't touch. The texture is fine enough to dissolve quickly, which I appreciate on popcorn without gritty spots.
The kelp and tamari give it this deep umami kick that plain salt just can't touch—I've started using it on roasted veggies and even eggs, and it's become my go-to finishing touch. A little goes a long way, so this jar will last me months.
