Chili Crunch -kuuma hunaja

Drizzled this over fried chicken last night and the wildflower honey really shines through the crunch—it's sweet upfront but the chili heat builds nicely without overpowering. The texture alone makes it worth it; I've already gone through half the bottle.

The honey-to-chili ratio is spot on—sweetness hits first, then that crunchy heat lingers just enough. I've been drizzling it over roasted carrots and even a grilled cheese, and it elevates everything without being overwhelming.

That first spoonful over vanilla ice cream was a revelation—the wildflower honey sweetness hits first, then the crunch from the chili oil kicks in with a warm, lingering heat. It’s become my go-to drizzle for fried chicken and even morning yogurt.
