The heat sneaks up on you right after the sweet cocoa fades, and that crunch keeps every bite interesting. Three bars felt like a lot, but I’ve already finished one and am eyeing the next.

I wasn't sure about spicy chocolate, but the single-origin dark base from this NYC maker balances the chili heat perfectly — it's crunchy, warming, and dangerously snackable. Just finished one bar while working and already ordered another pack.

The heat creeps up slow and then the crunch hits—so much better than the usual plain chili bars I've tried. Each square has that perfect balance where the cocoa's sweetness keeps the spice from overpowering. Glad I grabbed the 3-pack before it sells out.
