Sweet & Savory Korean BBQ Sauce

I’ve used it as a glaze on grilled chicken thighs and the pear does the heavy lifting — it caramelizes into this sticky, glossy finish without turning cloying. The soy sauce keeps it grounded enough that I’m already planning to brush it over roasted carrots next.

The ginger and pear definitely come through, giving it a fresher taste than most bottled BBQ sauces I've tried. It's a bit thinner than I expected for a "Korean BBQ" style, but the soy and sweetness balance out pretty well over grilled chicken.
